Youth Council Elections October 14th

†Elections will be held for the 2018-2019 year during youth group on October 14th.  Please be prepared to present a one minute speech on why you are qualified for the position.

All Officers

• Attends Sunday morning worship at least twice  (2) EVERY month
• † Active in all aspects of our youth ministry
• † Works with Marie and other officers to accomplish any tasks
• † Helps plan future retreats, lock-ins & creating themes for the youth bulletin board by kitchen
• † Attends Youth Council Meetings

† President

• Must be a high school youth (10^th-12^th grade)
• Overall youth leader of the youth group
• Helps with announcements at youth meetings
• Holds all other officers accountable for their jobs
• Must attend all youth council meetings

† High School Vice President

• Must be a high school youth (9^th-12^th grade)
• Takes over duties for President in his/her absence.
• Organizes kitchen cleanup for Clint
• Must attend all youth council meetings

† Middle School Vice President

• Must be a middle school youth (6^th-8^th)
• Takes over duties of HS President and Vice President if they are absent.
• Helps with attendance each week
• Assist Treasurer with all fundraisers (As Needed)
• Must attend all youth council meetings

† Secretary

• A youth (6^th-12^th grade)
• Takes minutes at youth council meetings, types them up and sends to all council members
• Assists with updating the hall calendar outside youth room
• Must attend all youth council meetings

† Mission Chair

• A youth (6^6h-12^th grade)
• Assists and helps organize mission outreach
• Assists with monthly letters and cards to Adama & Soro
• Must attend and report at all youth council meetings

† Treasurer

• A youth (6th—12th grade)
• Collects money from soda fundraiser each week and reports to council.
• Collects money at all fundraiser events and reports to council.
• Must attend all youth council meetings

† PR Representative

• A youth (6th—12th grade)
• Must be creative/artistic
• Assist in monthly designing and implementing youth bulletin board by the kitchen
• Must attend all youth council meetings and report to council.
